Background; An undead child that's seemingly responsible for bringing people from a variety of worlds into Nesreca. Dubs all of these people as her 'toys' and makes and collects little dolls of each and every resident, past and present. She's also responsible for the events that happen monthly in an effort to 'play' with her toys, though it's been shown in the past that she can also be affected by these events. She's also under the command of her 'Master,' Teutorix, and seemingly doesn't even question whatever he says.

She can also been seen always with a white bouncy ball, which she treasures deeply.

Once he hears that Nesreca has been repopulated by strange people, he cautions all citizens to be on the look out for them and to report any trespassers to the Town Hall ASAP so it may be looked into. Working to find a possible way to rid Nesreca of its citizens behind the curtains in an attempt to protect his people and city.
