Banshees? In Dungeons and Dragons lore they're usually dead Drow sorceresses that are guarding something. This "something" could be a trove of everyone's "treasures" or individual banshees for everyone?

Ghosts everywhere! Ghosts of the folks that once lived there roaming about the city as if they were still living. Only sometimes they see/hear one of the new residents and scream 'ghost!' themselves.
